Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged after they were received.
CancellationsÂ
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If we have not yet started production on your item, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If we have already started production on your item, we cannot cancel your order. This is because our team has already invested time and resources into creating your piece of jewelry.ÂShipping
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Your order will be made and ready to ship within 5-7 business days. The process of handcrafting each custom piece of jewelry takes time and attention to detail to ensure that it meets our high standards. We understand that waiting for your jewelry can be difficult, but we believe that the quality of our pieces is worth the wait.
What if I need my order sooner?
There are expedited shipping options available at checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.Â
Item Arrived Damaged
We take pride in the quality of our products and the care we out into our packaging. However, we totally understand that sometimes accidents happen during shipping and an item may arrive damaged.Â
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
